HOW DOES IT WORK?
You have 60 days from the day your item is delivered to request a refund.
You can request a refund whether the product is used or unused. If it did not work for you, we will make it right.
To start a request, email jye44979@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note on what went wrong. We will take care of the rest.
In most cases, you do not need to return the product. If a return is required, we will provide instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs if a return is required.
Damages and issues
Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away with a photo and your order number. We will resolve it quickly.

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to request a refund and place a new order.
