Apply to damp hair after your leave-in conditioner or curl cream, or directly to damp hair. Dispense 2-3+ pumps (depending on your hair length) into your palm, emulsify between hands, and scrunch into curls from mid-lengths to ends. For extra volume, apply at the roots. Let it air dry or diffuse.

Yes. Layer it with the BASED Curl Cream for added definition, or use it on top of the BASED Leave-In Conditioner for lightweight volume.
